I Method
1. Here's a quick tutorial on how to enable Administrator Account in Windows 8

Start the command prompt (cmd.exe) as administrator:

Start by pressing Windows Logo Key + X

Now in the cmd prompt window type:

net user Administrator /active:yes    and press Enter Or Return

To Disable Admin Acct :

net user Administrator /active:no    and press Enter Or Return

II Method
2. Or you could do this via a simple registry entry

Copy the below code into notepad and name it "take ownership.reg" (without quotes) double click to enter into your system's registry.

IF you want to remove ownership for any reason copy the below code into notepad  rename it remove ownership.reg double click to insert into your system.
