Working Version Of First Apple Computer

The Apple l, the first Apple computer made by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in 1976, is seen on display at Sotheby's on June 8, 2012 in New York City. Sotheby's called the computer “an exceptionally rare, working example with original Apple cassette interface, operation manuals and a rare BASIC Users' Manual”.

The computer was an integral component to the the personal computing revolution; it is set to be auctioned on June 15, 2012 and is expected to earn between $120,000 and $180,000 (the computer first went on sale in July 1976 for $666.66). When originally sold, the monitor, keyboard and cassette interface were sold separately.
