Exfoliate regularly
In the winter skin tends to be dull, exfoliating removes dead skin cells, helping to reveal a healthy and radiant glowing skin.
Apply a lip balm
In the same way facial skin is sensitive to winter conditions, so too are the lips. Don’t forget to frequently apply a lip balm to moisturise and protect them.
Protect your skin from UV rays
It is a common misconception that it’s unnecessary to wear sun protection when it’s cloudy or cold outside, however your skin can still be damaged by UV rays in these conditions.
Use a mild cleanser
If you already have dry skin, during winter it is recommended using a creamy milk cleanser to avoid additional drying through the use of a foaming cleanser.
Drink water frequently
Hydration from the inside is one of the most important things you can do for your skin during cold & warm weather.
